Curiosity will always get the better of me. I’d intended to leave the beers at least a fortnight but last night I had to pop a bottle of the single hop citra. Incredibly fruity and malty, possible too malty if I’m to be honest. I’m thinking the recipe would’ve benefited from using the light liquid malt extract instead of amber. Then again, that opinion make change as the weeks go by and the flavours come out.

Glad to find I have no “kit flavours” despite using the can of LME.
