What I love about transferring my beer from primary fermentation to secondary is that I am just one more step closer to drinking new beer.

Honestly, I have no earthly idea how this one is going to turn out. This is my batch from the Big Brew 2013 that I did two weeks ago with wort provided by Columbus Brewing Company.

I’m hoping for a great summer brew with this one.

In other news…

The Scottish Ale has had two weeks in the bottle, but after cracking one open you could tell it wasn’t ready. I’ll wait a week until I open another.
